Please please correct me if I'm wrong...
I am no expert on oil, the middle east, the British empire, capitalism or "Native" American history but has something seriously gone wrong with the human race?
OK rewind a sec...
so the British empire decide to conquer a few places across our planet, suck the life out of the countries, take their manpower to other places like America...help to kill many Native Americans, help to populate America. and if we forward a little bit we see that not much has changed!
Is the only reason we are in Afghanistan and Iraq because that's where the life is... oil?
Is it just another Empire?
